Fantastic gym! I've been to dozens of Thai Boxing gyms in the UK, and Nampon is an incredible coach with credentials like no other. The team at the gym is mixed ability, with some beginners enjoying learning the ropes, and some professional fighters too. There is absolutely something for everyone, and I highly recommend anyone interested in starting Muay Thai, or upping their level in the sport, to come down and see for themselves.

Brilliant gym, my daughter who is 14 trains here but in the adult classes, everyone is so lovely to her and helps her, its not intimidating like some gyms just like a big family who put there self out to help her. she loves training with nampon who has so much knowledge and is fun to train with, and would definatly recommend going here

Great gym! Great atmosphere. Going to a new gym can be quite daunting, especially when you don’t know anyone there! But I was made to feel welcomed and the coach was brilliant. Deffo would recommend!
